Request for Tender: Consumer Awareness & Perception Study on Sustainable Commodities
WWF-Indonesia is currently holding a tender for Consumer Awareness & Perception Survey, where we need a professional organization who is an expert in market research, that can provide the mapping and identifying the awareness and perceptions of the public regarding sustainable commodities (palm oil, coffee, cocoa, rubber, and timber).
This survey aims to:
- Understand the dynamic of the channels and the awareness & perception of sustainable commodities as environmentally friendly products in public.
- Identifying the factors that influencing people to purchase sustainable commodities, and the change of behaviour caused by the awareness regarding sustainable palm oil, coffee, cocoa, rubber, and timber.
- Encourage and raise awareness of the public to implement sustainability practices in daily life by sourcing sustainable palm oil and other sustainable commodities.
- Assessing the price gap of from consumer’s willingness to pay of sustainable palm oil, coffee, cocoa, rubber, and timber-based products.
- Measuring percentage of consumers who are willing to change purchasing habits to sustainable palm oil, coffee, cocoa, rubber, and timber.

Documents Required for Consultant Application
All interested consultants are required to submit the following documents:
- Proposal – Including investment offering details.
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) – Of the proposed team members.
- Qualification Documents – Pakta Integritas & Perjanjian Kerahasiaan Informasi (Confidentiality Agreement). You can download the template here
- Company Documents – Including the following:
- Akta Pendirian and the most recent amendment.
- Surat Keterangan Kemenkumham.
- NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha).
- NPWP (Tax Identification Number).
- SPPKP (Taxpayer Certificate).
- Bank Settlement for the last 3 months.
