WWF-Indonesia and PermataBank have established a collaborative partnership to support conservation and community development efforts in the Bukit Tigapuluh landscape. This partnership includes tree planting and habitat restoration, with 3,600 trees planted and maintained in collaboration with local communities to help protect elephant habitats and corridors. The initiative also addresses human–elephant conflict through education and outreach programs that promote coexistence. In addition, the partnership supports local and Indigenous communities by improving school infrastructure, encouraging creative economies through local handicrafts, and enhancing market access for farmers to increase the value of their agricultural products. Further strengthening its commitment, PermataBank supports WWF’s restoration work through the public donation campaign Adopt A Tree – #DenganHati untuk Bukit Tigapuluh, inviting broader participation in conservation efforts.
