WWF-Indonesia invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for conducting an Endline Assessment of municipal solid waste (MSW) management and plastic leakage in Jakarta, Bogor, and Depok, using the Waste Wise Cities Tool (WaCT) and Waste Flow Diagram (WFD) methodologies. This activity is part of the TV-Action “An Ocean of Opportunities” project, implemented from 2021 to 2025.

Objectives

The key objective of the endline assessment is to leverage primary and secondary data on the municipal solid waste management system in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok Cities. The endline assessment will compare the results against the baseline assessment conducted in 2021. The endline assessment will be conducted using the methodologies Waste Wise Cities Tool (WaCT) and Waste Flow Diagram (WFD).  

Scope of Work:

• Conduct WaCT and WFD studies in the three cities ( Jakarta. Bogor City and Depok)
• Collect and analyze primary and secondary data on MSW systems and plastic leakage.
• Compare results with the baseline assessment conducted in 2021.
• Prepare a narrative report, factsheet, and presentation of findings.

July- October 2025

Submission of interest

The interested candidates are requested to submit a proposal, which must include:

1. Covering letter
2. Company description
3. Relevant project references (with copies or online links, to at least two relevant projects)
4. Proposed methodology, workplan and milestone
5. Project team
6. Proposed budget and timeline per activities

Along with the proposal, please also submit the documents below:

1. CVs ok key experts
2. Legality documents (akta pendirian, akta perubahan, SK Kemenkumham terkait Akta, NPWP, SKT, SPPKP, company’s bank account number)
