BACKGROUND
The Development Planning Expert is responsible for mainstreaming the "REVAMP" project's ecological and hydrological findings into national and sub-national development planning instruments. The goal is to ensure that biodiversity and watershed data become mandatory legal inputs for regional spatial planning, disaster risk management planning, licensing, and public investment decisions.

QUALIFICATION
Education: Master’s or PhD in Urban & Regional Planning, Public Administration, or Environmental Law.
Experience: Minimum 12 years in development planning; proven track record of facilitating multi-ministerial agreements in Indonesia.
Technical Skills:
Soft Skills: A profile—highly skilled in navigating the nuances of Indonesian bureaucracy and decentralized governance.
