RETAIL MAPPING STUDY: IDENTIFYING INDONESIA RETAILERS ECOSYSTEM AND READINESS FOR HEALTHY AND SUSTAINABLE DIETS
Food systems and consumption patterns play a crucial role in shaping impacts on the environment, health, and biodiversity. In this context, the food retail sector holds a strategic position in influencing consumer choices through availability, accessibility, pricing, promotions, and food procurement practices.
In line with this, WWF-Indonesia and PuruPiru Creative & Sustainability Communication conducted a study titled “Retail Mapping Study: Identifying Indonesia’s Retail Ecosystem and Readiness for Healthy and Sustainable Diets” to identify current modern retail practices and how they relate to efforts toward healthy and sustainable food in Indonesia.
